What is JustCricket?
JustCricket is India’s only dedicated cricket marketplace, a platform where users can buy, sell, and auction cricket-related items, from new gear and accessories to used equipment and rare collectibles.
Is JustCricket only for people in India?
JustCricket is based in India and designed primarily for Indian buyers and sellers, but international users may register if they meet local laws and shipping requirements.
Do I need an account to buy or sell?
Yes, you need to register for a free account to list, bid, sell, or contact sellers.
How do I buy something?
You can either use the Buy Now option or place a bid in an auction. When the auction ends (or you buy an item directly), you'll be prompted to complete payment.
How do I pay for items?
All payments are handled through secure third-party payment providers. You’ll see the available options during checkout.
Can I contact the seller before buying?
Yes. Once logged in, you can send the seller a message directly from the item listing page.
What if my item doesn’t arrive?
You should contact the seller directly first. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us here and we’ll do our best to help.
How do I list an item for sale?
Once you’re registered as a seller, go to Sell > List Item from your account dashboard. You’ll be asked to add photos, a description, a price or starting bid, and your shipping details.
Do I need a store to sell?
No, you can list single items without creating a store. However, if you plan to sell regularly or want a branded presence, we recommend opening a store. It’s quick, free to set up, and gives your listings more visibility.

How much does it cost to sell on JustCricket?
Listing is free. We charge a flat 8% commission only when your item sells.
What can I sell on JustCricket?
You can sell cricket bats, pads, gloves, helmets, team kits, signed memorabilia, accessories and more, as long as the item is cricket-related and legal to sell in your region.
What is a JustCricket store?
A store is your own personalised space on the site where all your listings are displayed together. You can add a name, logo, banner and contact info.
Is there a fee to open a store?
We offer free and optional paid store packages depending on the features you want. You can open a store at any time from your seller dashboard.
Who handles shipping?
Each seller is responsible for shipping their own items. They’ll provide the costs, delivery times and tracking info (if available) during or after checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the seller’s location and the courier used. Please refer to the listing for estimated times.
Can sellers ship internationally?
This depends on the seller. Shipping options and regions served will be shown on each listing.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click “Forgot password?” on the login page to reset it.
Can I change my username or store name?
Store names cannot be changed once created, so choose carefully. For other account changes, contact us.
How do I report a problem with a seller or buyer?
